• office building and contiguous vacant land for Kilgroe Construction Company
• two parcels east of the County Line Landfill for the South Suburban Park and Recreation District
• commercial property in downtown Golden, Colorado for ReMax Affiliates
• former Vail town shop (impacted by adjacent gasoline retail operation) for Eagle River Water & Sanitation
• former greenhouse operation in area of backfilled gravel pits for Sand Enterprises

In our reports, we strive to accurately describe the condition of the subject property (in accordance with the ASTM procedure) and to clearly identify the potential environmental risks associated with those conditions. Our assessments are performed so as to comply with the "all appropriate inquiry" rule.
